How To Cook & Peel Beets

1. Preheat you oven to 400°F


2. Dress your beets with a bit of oil and a good pinch of salt, the toss:



Note: You'll be peeling the beets - put a good amount salt so it can permeate through the skin



3. Wrap those babies like the sweet angels they are:




4. Cook in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until you can pierce a beet with a sharp knife using little resistance - I forgot to record this video! but here's me opening my gift:




5. Peel with your hands, but wear gloves if you mind red fingers:





6. Enjoy the view:
